Superstar 815
by Cristae“Thank you so much, sprouts. It really feels like I just got a birthday present.”
Seo-jun said with a radiant smile, more moved than ever, and the equally emotional sprouts instinctively shouted back.
“We’ll make it even better on your birthday!”
“Look forward to it, Jun!”
An actor whose face never stopped smiling, and fans who felt the same.
Watching them with warm smiles were the dedicated 1st team staff of Cocoa Entertainment, assigned solely to actor Lee Seo-jun.
“He must’ve forgotten he’s still wearing the cat ears.”
“Looks like it.”
Seo-jun, grinning with cat ears atop his head.
Strangely, every time he moved or spoke, they seemed to twitch adorably. They really suited him.
“How many times are left?”
“We’re planning to launch them three more times before the end of Part 2.”
Seo-jun and the fans probably thought the confetti surprise was over—but plenty more message-filled confetti was waiting.
“As expected from the sprouts…”
Seeing Seo-jun truly kick off Part 2 with Spring Spring, the 1st team staff chuckled. Their dark circles seemed deeper today.
Of course they did.
This whole event was put together at the last minute last night, and had been in preparation since this morning.
From finding machines to fire the confetti, to printing and cutting the message papers (with inappropriate messages filtered out by [From Sprout]), and planning exactly when to launch them—the 1st team had every reason to be exhausted.
“But we pulled it off beautifully.”
“Sure did.”
During the final number of Part 2, with Seo-jun singing the climax holding the green custom mic—
Pop! Pop! Pop!
The confetti burst once more.
“Waaah!”
Both Seo-jun and the sprouts looked up in surprise at the paper petals falling once again. No one had expected there were more.
Their eyes widened, lips parted in awe.
The 1st team staff watched, smiling with satisfaction.
Part 2 came to a close.
To prepare the stage for the opening of MOEB-436, the play that would begin Part 3, the curtain dropped to block the fans’ view.
Stagehands rushed in with wide dust mops to sweep up the countless message petals blanketing the floor.
Seo-jun, who had carefully tucked away a few treasured notes he personally gathered into a small gift bag Taewoo brought, looked on wistfully as the rest were swept away.
“Think I could take them all?”
“Wouldn’t be easy to store.”
Seo-jun knew that, but…
Unable to take his eyes off the drifting notes, Seo-jun looked like he’d sprouted drooping cat ears and tail. Taewoo couldn’t help but laugh.
“Come on, let’s go, Seo-jun.”
They couldn’t stay here forever.
“You need to rest, even a little, to give them a great performance.”
“…Yeah. You’re right.”
Even when he was nominated for the Oscars, Seo-jun had quickly returned to script reading—but in front of the fans’ heartfelt messages, he lingered like a child not wanting to leave a birthday party.
If the sprouts knew this, they’d probably sob with their hands over their mouths in pure gratitude.
So Taewoo thought.
Under red lighting—
There it stood.
White hair, a blood-stained robe draped over a black-and-white suit and polished shoes—a bizarre combination.
“We name this mountain behind us,”
No warmth in the voice, just a cold, beast-like presence. Yellow eyes gleamed like those of a wild animal.
Sprouts seated close to the stage held their breath at the imposing figure. Even those farther away, watching through the screen, felt a chill run down their spines.
Frightening. And cool.
Though they knew it was Seo-jun, their favorite, their bodies reacted on instinct. Breath caught. Spines stiffened.
“Since it’s Jangsan,”
The creature’s slight head tilt made hearts skip a beat.
Singing and dancing Seo-jun was amazing—but acting Seo-jun… this was on another level.
Not that they could think straight, immersed in the play as they were.
“They call it… the Jangsanbeom.”
Even though many had watched it dozens of times before, seeing it live was something else entirely.
The presence filled the entire venue, thick enough to feel like it choked the air itself.
The sprouts—whether on-screen or in person—didn’t even realize they weren’t breathing.
And then, all the lights went out.
The play MOEB-436 was over.
A warm breeze—not the kind felt indoors—brushed through.
Only then did the sprouts, who’d been frozen like statues, release a long-held breath.
“Can’t believe I actually saw that in person!”
“Seo-jun is incredible…”
They were ready to start gushing.
After all, wasn’t the person next to them another sprout? Time for some fan talk!
‘They’ll need a bit of time to remove that makeup, right?’
Maybe they could sneak in a quiet convo before Seo-jun returned. But just then—
The screen lit up again. A familiar tune played.
[Beom.]
“Huh?!”
Boom.
A deep drumbeat shook the venue. Sprouts all sat upright like startled meerkats.
[Beom is coming down.]
“What the heck…!”
Right after MOEB-436, they were playing the BrownBlack × Seo-jun Fan Movie.
*You can’t *not* watch this!*
Sprouts who had deliberately avoided Day 1 spoilers watched wide-eyed. Even those who had seen it before couldn’t help but be pulled in.
On the big screen, BrownBlack’s music merged with footage of Seo-jun in a breathtaking fan edit.
Time slipped by without anyone noticing.
Darkness crept in from the corners of the screen. The white robe and flowing silver hair faded to black.
Finally, a single thing remained.
Glowing yellow beast eyes filled the screen.
Chilling. Yet somehow… exhilarating.
[He descends.]
As the song ended, the yellow eyes closed. The screen went dark.
The sprouts let out a breath they didn’t even realize they’d been holding.
“I’ve seen it before, but it’s even better on a big screen.”
“Is this why I need to buy a projector…?”
“Those speakers are insane, right?”
Desire bloomed.
They’d be buying projectors and speakers tomorrow.
Even if their bank accounts screamed.
But actually… they had plenty saved.
Seo-jun didn’t release music, didn’t shoot ads, didn’t accept gifts. Even food trucks on set had strict per-person contribution limits due to the size of his fandom.
The result?
Overflowing fan budgets.
Why does that feel so sad…
Thinking of their untouched fangirl savings accounts made some sprouts tear up.
And then—
The speakers played that familiar intro again.
“Huh?”
It was BrownBlack’s Beom. The same song?
Had they hit replay by mistake?
That’s what everyone thought until—
[Beom.]
Seo-jun’s unmistakable voice came through the speakers.
!!!!
[Beom is coming down.]
The stage lit up, revealing a set of stairs.
Seo-jun descended slowly, wrapped in a black hanbok with a golden tiger embroidered on the back, the hem fluttering.
[To the deep pine forest valley—]
In MOEB-436, he’d worn a modern suit under the robe. Now, it was a stage costume—like an idol’s—bold and ornate.
He wore a black mask with a pattern resembling sharp tiger fangs.
Seo-jun’s current voice was likely pre-recorded.
[A beast descends.]
With fierce eyes, he descended the stairs, black hanbok swirling.
Dancers clad in black robes and fang-patterned masks joined him at the foot of the steps.
[Its silky head sways, ears ripped apart—]
A horde of tigers.
[Body mottled, tail long and thick!]
Thick!
At that line, Seo-jun flung his mask aside and stepped onto the stage.
The screen filled with his face.
KYAAAA!!!
Live performance had begun.
[Title: Day 2 Fan Meeting Recap (Photos + Video)]
First, infinite thanks to the sprouts and Cocoa staff who planned today’s event. (bows deeply)
They launched the surprise at the start of Part 2 😭😭
(📸 Photo: Seo-jun staring up in awe at the falling confetti)
(📸 Photo: Seo-jun smiling brightly while reading a message)
Look at him.
There’s an angel here 😭😭
To see this with my own two eyes… I could die now with no regrets…
Wait no, I still need to see Night Jin. And Irregulars… lol
Anyway, it was perfect.
The paper shimmered in the lights and felt unreal, like magic ✨😭
Seo-jun’s voice trembling with emotion? 😭 Chef’s kiss.
(…)
Part 3 opened with the play.
My first time seeing Seo-jun act live—he’s amazing. Truly a must-see for any sprout 😭
I was seated far back and watched through the screen, but I kept turning to the stage. It just pulled at me somehow lol
Between the screen and stage my neck was dying 😂
Didn’t even take photos 😭
After the play came the fan movie made by the cafe mods!!
Even after all these replays, it still hits 😭 On the big screen, with those speakers? Heaven.
And THEN?
I was wondering what would play next (I avoided Day 1 spoilers hehe)
They played Beom again…?
I thought it was a mistake. But NOPE.
Seo-jun performed Beom himself!
That tiger-embroidered hanbok?! That fang mask?! I died 😭😭
(📸 Photo: Seo-jun descending the stairs, hanbok flowing)
He was legit a black tiger 😭😭
The first part was likely a recording due to the mask, but the rest? LIVE.
And then—at the end of the song—
He put the mask back on during “Beom / is descending”…
That’s our storytelling king 😎
It felt like he became the tiger, then human, then tiger again!!!
